Monique Pryor, President and CEO

This attorney by trade, has been the consistent cheerleader for women. Whether it was through producing her Brooklyn based television talk show that addressed many concerns of women, or being a personal sounding board for women as they go through their challenges and successes in life, Monique's goals have always been to help women around her reach their full potential. The first one to suggest moms drop their kids off at her house for a play-date to enjoy a girls night/day out, she wants women to make themselves a priority

Tiwanda Randolph, CFO

This savvy business manager is the contstant giver. Between home, church and numerous women's organizations, Tiwanda selflessly gives her time to organizing events for worthy causes. With her four year-old in hand, and her neatly organized white planner in the other, Tiwanda manages to give precise details to all her endeavors without breaking a sweat. Those in her presence are always more upbeat because her infectious laugh permeates the room.

Erica M. Oliver, CMO

This marketing guru has been able to continuously nurture her creative side by rhythmically lulling her babies to sleep with late night typing on her laptop. The ultimate multi-tasker, Erica helps us moms remember that we can do it all - be an expert in your career, rushing off to dance class with your daughter, fitting in spin class 3 times a week, and indirectly letting your husband be reminded some of the reasons why he fell in love with you - ie., she remains the biggest football fan that he knows, she is a golfer and is the first to grab her poolstick rather than her fuzzy slipperss when longtime friends come over to rack them up on a Wednesday night at 9pm!
